This is a two-color striped film blowing machine with a twin-screw design. Each extruder can use different colored color masterbatch, so it is able to produce colored film strips, such as red/white, blue/green/, black/white alternating films. Such films are mainly used for producing shopping bags or disposable tablecloths. They are very popular in African and Middle Eastern countries. If you don't add color masterbatch, then it can be used as a high-speed mono-layer blown film machine.
This machine is used to blow various LDPE and HDPE double color strip plastic films. The plastic films can be widely used for civil and industrial packaging such as food, fruits, apparel, textiles and commodities.
Cylinders and screws of the extruder are made of high quality alloy steel with optimum hardness and strong corrosion resistance after nitrogen treatment and precision finishing. FM-600 auxiliary extruder can be freely regulated within the range of 700mm according to the technological requirements of different materials,providing with board plugging mechanism, which can produce vest bags. Winding device is provided with torque motor, and can keep suitable tension, orderly winding and convenient roll replacement.
