It is used for blowing polypropylene(PP) film which is widely used for packing food, garments, textile, daily necessities and industrial products etc. The cylinder and the screw of extruder are made of high-quality alloy steel with optimum hardness and strong corrosion resistance after precision processing and nitrogen treatment. The extruder can be lift up to 3meters according to the technological requirements. The coiling unit adopts torque motor to keep proper tension and make rolling trim and roll-changing easy.
Single screw down blowing water cooling design film extrusion machine: It is suitable for polypropylene(PP), low-density polyethylene(LDPE), and linear low-density polyethylene(LLDPE). The main products are high transparency polyethylene and polypropylene films, which are used in clothing, handicrafts, cosmetics, and food packaging. Two layers die head design down blowing water cooling PP, PPE ( PP+PE) film extrusion machine :The greatest advantage of this machine is its dual extrusion unit - double-layer die head structure. Different layers can use different types of raw materials with different properties. The film it produces (PP + PE) possesses the wear-resistant/transparent/non-stretching characteristics of PP, as well as the excellent heat-sealing performance of PE.
